Numbers are virtual, so there is no hardware to buy: your 1300 or 1800 routes to the mobile or landline you already answer, with routing rules — time-based, overflow, IVR — configurable whenever your setup changes. If you already advertise a number, it comes with you: existing 1300, 1800 and landline numbers can be ported onto your plan.
How we publish
Pricing is published, not quoted: the pricing page lists every plan, its monthly fee, its inclusions and its per-second call rates, with the important information in plain sight. Where a claim would outrun what we can verify — uptime figures, customer counts, market positions — we leave it out. Your account and console live on the Simple Telecom platform, and the contact page reaches a human when the site has not answered your question.
