Two meanings, one page
CallTrackingMetrics Phone: The Number, and the Concept
Vendor + phone splits in two. Want their contact number? The official site is the only safe source — we print no secondhand digits. Mean phone-based tracking itself? The number is the sensor.

Phone questions
What is CallTrackingMetrics' phone number?
We do not reproduce it — CallTrackingMetrics is a US platform and not us, and a secondhand number on an unrelated site is unverifiable. Their official site's contact page is the authoritative source, reached by typing their domain directly.
How does phone-based call tracking work?
The tracking number is the sensor: a distinct number per campaign sits in your advertising, and the network logs every call it receives — time, duration, answered or missed — before routing the call to wherever you answer.
Does call tracking need a special phone?
No — the measurement happens on the network, before the call reaches any phone. You answer on whatever hardware you already have: a desk handset, a mobile, a team. Nothing is installed anywhere.
"Vendor name + phone" is a search with two honest readings: you want the vendor’s contact number, or you want to understand phone-based tracking itself. The first we answer with a discipline rather than digits — we do not print other companies’ numbers, for reasons that protect you. The second is the concept this site is built on. Both, in order:
Reading one: their contact number
CallTrackingMetrics is a US session-level platform and not us. Their current contact number belongs on their official site and inside their logged-in console — the two sources that stay current and cannot be faked by strangers. The routine: type their domain yourself (never follow a search advertisement, which is where fake support numbers buy placement), use the console’s help section if you have an account, and treat any number offered by an inbound caller as unverified. The full safe-channel routine, with the impersonation red flags, is in our support-number guide.
Reading two: phone-based tracking itself
The idea that makes this category work is small enough to fit in a sentence: the tracking number is the sensor. Allocate a distinct phone number to each campaign or medium, publish it only on that asset, and the network logs every call it receives — timing, duration, answered against missed — before routing the call to whatever phone you answer. No app, no install, no special hardware: the phone layer of your marketing becomes measurable because each medium now has its own number. The architecture is described in what call tracking software is.
The two readings meet
If the number you were hunting was for support, the triage question applies first: is your problem platform-side (their desk) or phone-side (the carrier’s)? The layer split is in our help triage. And if, reading two, you realised the sensor is the product — number-based tracking from $5 a month per number, on Australian infrastructure, with per-second call records — the numbers themselves are searchable on available numbers, rates on the pricing page.
