White Label Call Tracking Software: What It Is — and What We Offer

White label call tracking lets an agency resell tracking under its own brand. We do not offer a white label program — our call tracking is sold direct, from $5 a month, and this page explains both halves honestly.

White label call tracking questions

What is white label call tracking?

A vendor arrangement where an agency resells call tracking under its own brand: the vendor operates the platform and numbers, the agency presents the reports and billing to clients as its own product.

Do you offer a white label call tracking program?

No. Our call tracking is sold direct to businesses — one account, published per-number pricing, and reports you can export into your own client updates. We do not operate a rebrandable platform program.

What should an agency check in a white label vendor?

Attribution depth in writing, per-number costs at your client count, reporting exports your clients will understand, the reseller terms on data and number ownership, and what happens to client numbers if you leave.

Can an agency still use your call tracking for clients?

Yes — many agencies run one account with a tracking number per client campaign and export the call reports into client reporting. It is not rebrandable, but the measurement works the same way.

White label call tracking software is a recurring request from agencies, so this page answers it the honest way: first, what white label call tracking actually is; second, what to check before signing with any white label vendor; and third, stated plainly, that we do not offer a white label program — our call tracking is sold direct, and you should know that before reading further.

What white label call tracking is

The vendor runs the platform — the numbers, the routing, the reporting engine — while the agency resells it under the agency's own brand. Clients see the agency's logo on reports and the agency's name on the invoice; the vendor stays invisible. It suits agencies that want call tracking as a product line without building one, and it carries real obligations: the agency owns the client relationship, the vendor owns the infrastructure, and the contract has to say which of you owns what.

What to check before signing with any white label vendor

  1. Attribution depth, in writing. Per-number or per-session — most white label offerings are per-number; make sure the pitch matches the mechanism.
  2. Cost at your real client count. Per-number pricing multiplies fast across clients; price twenty campaigns before signing anything.
  3. Report exports. Your clients will see what you can export; if the reports cannot be re-skinned or exported cleanly, the "white label" is skin deep.
  4. Number ownership and exit terms. Who holds the client numbers, and what happens to them if you change vendors — this is the clause that matters most.
  5. Data handling. Call recordings are personal information; the vendor's privacy posture becomes your privacy posture.

What we offer instead, stated plainly

We do not operate a rebrandable white label platform. Our call tracking is sold direct: one account per business, tracking numbers from $5 a month per number with call data charged per minute, call volume reporting over time, and recording included. Agencies use it exactly as described above — a number per client campaign, exports into their own reporting — without a rebrand arrangement. If your business model needs the rebrand, use the checklist above with vendors who genuinely offer it; the platform anatomy and software checklist pages will help you hold them to it.

For everyone else, the measurement works the same either way: pick tracking numbers from the available numbers pool and put the first campaign live.
